Where do I start?  First of all, thank you Bryan and Pam for making a dream come true!  I have often been told that building a house is a nightmare that everyone should do at least once.  Well thanks to Bryan and Pam, our "nightmare" was one of the most enjoyable experiences an owner could have! 

Let me start at the beginning.  I have known Bryan and Pam for a long time.  They have done office remodeling for me over the years always with exceptional quality, craftsmanship and honesty.  When it came time to build our dream home, there was only one place to call.  Bryan and I then sat down together and with our desires, Bryan designed an 8500 square foot masterpiece. 

During its entire process from design to construction I was totally amazed at the attention to detail, the craftsmanship and the quality of the job.  People would often ask, "Do you have to check on the work every day?"  My answer was always "I never have to."  Even though we only lived down the road from the construction site, I would stop by on my days off to chat with Bryan about odds and ends of things.  I always knew with Bryan I never had to worry about the quality of the job!!!  He is a true master craftsman and every aspect of the project, from the ground work and framing to the finely finished cabinetry was fabulous.

I had two friends of mine in town from Connecticut when the framing was complete.  They were owners of the largest insulation company on the East Coast.  They told me that they had been in over 5,000 homes at this stage of construction (some 10-20 million dollar homes) and had never seen one framed better!  Another friend of mine is a real estate appraiser and claims this is the best built home in Beaver County!

We have since had Bryan design and build a magnificent bar for our great room.  Once again, unbelievable!!  Pictures of our home and bar are on the website.  These are very nice but do not do Bryan justice.  The quality and perfection can really only been appreciated first hand.

Bryan is currently redoing my mother and sister's kitchen and home.  They waited until our house was completed because they could not find this kind of workmanship anywhere.

P.S.  On a side note, not many people can tell you they became better friends with their contractor as a project like this progressed.  Bryan and Pam have truly become lifelong friends!

remodeling process a pleasurable experience.

From the “get go” you instilled in us a level of comfort and confidence
that we could never have achieved with a larger, “commercialized” kitchen
company.  I am certain that we got the highest standard of quality, in
both product and craftsmanship, for the best price.  Your availability and
willingness to help with making decisions on the little things that
inevitably came up along the way were very much appreciated.  Your
personal touch really meant so much to us.

But, of course, the best part of getting our new kitchen was getting to
know you.  You are wonderful people, and we consider ourselves very
fortunate to have met and worked with you.  We are looking forward to our next
project with you – bathroom vanity, dining room cupboard, or who knows, maybe a
new swimming pool!
